Oscillatory Neural Networks Using VO2 Based Phase Encoded Logic

EU H2020 NeurONN Researchers have recently published the paper “Oscillatory Neural Networks Using VO2 Based Phase Encoded Logic” at the journal “Frontiers in Neuromorphic Engineering”. Their work proposes a new architecture to implement robust VO2-based ONNs that exploits subharmonic injection mechanisms to solve some of the challenges arising in the design of this type of networks.
